If you don’t think someone we send you is a potential match, you can let us know by “rejecting” the candidate and providing us with feedback so we can hone our search to meet your requirements.

The question of the day! As a talent acquisition professional, you know that every position you fill is different, with a number of variables impacting the speed at which you can hire. That number can be anywhere from 3-20, with the sweet spot being around 8-10.
